Philippine Airlines / Philippine Airlines Express (PALex)
PAL was constantly hiring in 2023. Recently, their hiring process was changed. Before you just need to walk-in during an open day. Cebu Pacific Air/ Cebgo
Cebu Pacific Air conducts recruitment in Manila (main office), Cebu, Clark, and Davao. You need to send an application through their career website to receive an invitation for their recruitment day. They post an announcement on their official Facebook page if there will be a hiring event. They recruit male and female cabin crew.
Air Asia Philippines
Air Asia frequently holds an open day event at their main office in NAIA terminal 3. Although you can send your resume on their website, their hiring is usually a walk-in event. So, keep an eye on their posts on their official Facebook page as well. They recruit male and female cabin crew.
Royal Air
Royal Air, although a smaller airline, occasionally conducts a hiring day. You can check out their official Facebook page for any cabin crew recruitment day. They recruit male and female cabin crew.
Airswift
This local airline held a hiring event recently. They post on Jobstreet or Facebook for any open day. They recruit female cabin crew.
Sunlight Air
Sunlight Air is a boutique airline that serves local destinations mainly Palawan and Siargao from Clark. They mainly post on their official Facebook page for any recruitment event. They recruit male and female cabin crew.
International Airlines
Qatar Airways
Qatar Airways did several recruitment events in 2023 in the Philippines. To apply, you have to send an application on a job post on their career website. Browse the cabin crew category and find the Philippines location to narrow down the posts. You need to receive an invitation for their recruitment event as it is invite-only and you need your applicant number for application process. Follow their local partner agency, IPAMS, on Facebook, to be updated. They recruit male and female cabin crew.

Flyadeal
This new airline based in Saudi has been hiring Filipino cabin crew since 2020. In 2023, they had one hiring event through IPAMS. To apply, you need to attend an open day recruitment at IPAMS. This agency is located in New Manila, Quezon City. They will post a hiring day on their official Facebook page. Once you attend, you will be informed if you will proceed to the final interview with the recruiters from Flyadeal. They recruit female cabin crew.
Oman Air
STB-DJL, a local agency in Malate, is the partner recruitment agency of Oman Air. The agency usually posts on their official Facebook page if there will be any hiring. To apply, you need to go to their office for a physical assessment with their recruiter to be endorsed to the final interview with the recruiters from Oman Air. They recruit female cabin crew.
Salam Air
Since Salam Air is an Omani airline and sister company of Oman Air, STB-DJL is also the partner agency. You have to wait for the announcement through their official Facebook page for hiring updates and visit the the agency for a physical evaluation to be approved for final interview with the airline's recruiters. They recruit female cabin crew.
Kuwait Airways
Another international airline that hired many Filipino female cabin crew is Kuwait Airways. Placewell International Services Corporation is the partner agency of the airline. There is no announcement yet for rehiring, but they will post on their official Facebook page for recruitment event. They recruit female cabin crew.
Malaysia Airlines
Malaysia's flag carrier conducted a hiring event last August 2023 in Manila. They announce on their careers website and partner agency Flygosh if there will be any hiring open day. You need to be registered before going to the hiring day as you need your application number or registration. They recruit male and female cabin crew.
Air Asia Malaysia
Just like Air Asia Philippines, Air Asia Malaysia conducts open day events. They will announce on their website and Facebook page if they will be hiring. To apply, you need to register on their career website. They recruit male and female cabin crew.
Emirates Airlines
Emirates has not had any hiring event for cabin crew in the Philippines (As far as I know, the last time was held over ten years ago). However, they partnered with IPAMS recently to hire Cabin Service Assistants which is an in-flight role focused on the Shower Spa service in first class. To apply, wait for hiring day events announcement from IPAMS official Facebook page. If you pass the initial assessment, you will proceed to the physical assessment and interview with the Emirates recruiter. They recruit male and female cabin crew. For Cabin Service Assistant/ CSA position, they only recruit female.

Etihad Airways
The latest international airline hiring many Filipino flight attendants is Etihad. Although they have not had any physical hiring event in the Philippines, Etihad welcomes Filipino applicants who apply in Abu Dhabi or other location. Applicants need to apply on their careers website through Worldwide hiring post or any nearest location. You will have an online assessment as a first step. It consists of completing your profile, receiving video invitation, and live assessment through video conference platform. If you pass, you will either have your physical assessment in Abu Dhabi or any recruitment event they will conduct near you. They recruit male and female cabin crew.
